Mission · the work itself
[01/09]
Both first-class. Neither a secondary mission.
Firma Labs is building real infrastructure — power, connectivity, and compute — together with the network and currency that run on it. The idea is simple: a community should own what it depends on instead of renting it from someone far away. We build for the two edges of society.

Builders working past where the current systems were designed to operate. Network states, charter projects, sovereign deployments — teams designing new jurisdictions who need rails that don't assume a grid, a datacenter, or someone else's permission. firmamint is the substrate they build on.

Communities living past where the current rails were built to reach. Power, connectivity, compute, and tooling delivered where they are needed — not where they are convenient. The Edge deploys, the community owns it, and the compute substrate runs underneath it all.
The substrate · firmamint
[02/09]
A substrate is the base layer everything is built on. firmamint is the one for compute — where the work, the energy behind it, and the value it creates all settle as one.
Most blockchains settle promises. firmamint settles work — the actual joules burned and the actual inference computed. It is one chain that carries both compute and liquidity, so an inference run, a delivered kilowatt-hour, and a settled trade are the same kind of event on the same ledger.
It is not a token issued on someone else's rails. firmamint is designed to run on real, distributed compute — hardware Firma is working to deliver into people's hands, backed by the investments and deals our team is building now. Every unit of that work is verified before it counts, so value can rest on the chain and not just pass through.
Everything that follows — how you take part, how you earn, and the reserve currency the network stands on — is a layer on this one substrate. The power runs through firmamint.
Built on the substrate — the protocols that run the whole system (you don't need to know them all)
Soulbound identity and reputation. Every person and every agent has one — the same schema for both.
The membrane to the outside world: USDC arrives, FIG is home. A door that never closes.
The sovereign economy — marketplace, clearing engine, and the demiurge that makes hoarding impossible.
Real-world resources, on-chain: energy, compute, land, gold, and bitcoin become reserve.
Ownership by contribution. Not equity, not charity — inheritance.
The participation layer — how value is staked, pooled, and shared back to those who build.
The Settlemint Stack — as a community climbs from edge cluster to sovereign network state, more of the stack switches on
Charter, council, and dispute resolution — governance that's earned, not bought.
Payments that federate across every community on the network.
A community's own currency — FIG-backed and reserved by its own elemints.
The covenant layer — what a community holds sacred, kept on-chain.
Model an entire sovereign community — its economy, governance, energy, and compute — then deploy it. The pipeline that carries a network state from an idea to a live deployment on the chain.
The definition
“A network state is a highly aligned online community with a capacity for collective action that crowdfunds territory around the world and eventually gains diplomatic recognition from pre-existing states.”— Balaji Srinivasan, The Network State
Voices in the movement
The move toward nations without inherent borders is growing — people want sovereignty and liberty. Firma builds the rails that let a community become one.

Deep dive zone
The federation of Nodes and the power that lands them. Mesh across home, base, container, and mobile — with a Photon panel beside every Node. Sovereign solar, Ion+ storage, no grid required.

Realm Slab
The slab Realm Node, wall-mounted — identity, storage, and the first hop of inference on the host's wall.

Realm Cargo
Truck-mounted transit node. Carries the mesh between segments.

Grid-scale Photon
Photon panel beside every Node — from rooftop to grid-scale array. Salt Ion+ storage, wind-paired where available. Sovereign power that lands the rails. No grid required.
The community campus — hub, mint, container. Where the network meets the village.

SeedBase Hub
Central hub of a sovereign community deployment — cafe, payment terminal, tap-to-pay, gathering ground.

SeedBase Mint
Mining inside the SeedBase. Pays for the connection, runs the campus, and seeds the community's Settlemint reserve. The Mint pays — communities never do.

SeedBase Trio
Three SeedBase units land together at scale — clinic, market, school. The seed of a settlement.
The modular home. Two-story, dignified, host-owned on day one.

Built for families
Modular smart homes designed around the family — connected to the compute substrate from day one. Dignified, host-owned, sovereign by design.

Our teams deploy & connect
Firma Haven teams deploy the home, install the Realm Node, and stay with the community after the trucks leave. The hands and feet of the protocol.

Substrate in the home
The Realm Node runs the home and connects it to the compute substrate. Heat from mining warms it. Integrated water systems serve it. One home, one substrate.
Terrestrial + orbital. PQC-hardened. The mind behind the rails.

Heliostat Compute Campus
Edge containers ringed around a heliostat array under a starlit sky. Powered by Photon, paid by the Mint, governed by the community.

Edge Mind · Orbital
Edge Mind on orbit. Continuous solar loop, no atmospheric attenuation, civilization-scale capacity. Power beamed up from the heliostat ring below.

Compute at the edge
The mind on the ridge. A Firma Edge container — sovereign compute dropped where the rails reach, powered by Photon, paid by the Mint.
THE ENGINE
The settlement layer where compute itself is the transaction — nothing is spent, everything is conserved.
Realm · participate at the edge
[04/09]
A Realm Node puts identity, storage, and the first hop of inference in your hands.
Realm is how anyone takes part. A Realm Node sits on the wall, on the road, or on the campus — and it gives you what usually belongs to a distant datacenter: your identity, your storage, and the first hop of inference, owned by you. You don't rent a seat on the network. You hold a piece of it.
Because each Node carries its own power and its own compute, you participate from wherever you are — no grid, no permission, no platform in the middle. Plug in, and you're on the chain.
Realm · on the wall, the road, the campus
Nodes on the wall, on the road, and across a campus — Home, Cargo, and Mesh. Each one is a citizen's own foothold on the compute substrate, and together they form a Mesh Realm that holds for the community.

Identity
Your keys and your identity live on the Node you hold — not in someone else's account database.
Storage
Storage capacity sits with you. What you don't use, the network can draw on — and you earn for the share you give.
First hop of inference
The first hop of inference runs on your Node, close to you. The edge is where you join the chain, and where you earn.
Earn on the edge
[05/09]
Let the network use what you aren't using — and earn for it, paid in compute.
People on the edge let the network use what they aren't using — idle compute, storage capacity, and excess energy. A Realm Node on the wall, a SeedBase Mint in the village — whatever's spare, the network draws on.
In return they earn fragmints — on-chain economic rights, paid in compute — that they can use or swap for FIG. The more you give, the more you receive, compounding with every contribution. Generosity is the consensus mechanism, and it makes firmamint the destination for builders and nations.

Every watt and TOPS-hour is verified, minted as an elemint, and absorbed into the FIG reserve.
The economics
[06/09]
Verified, minted as elemints, and absorbed into the reserve. PROPOSED · working model.
Here is how the design works. When the network does something real — a kilowatt-hour delivered, a TOPS-hour computed, an acre held — that work is verified, minted as an elemint, and absorbed into the reserve. The five elemints — e(WATT) energy, e(TOPS) compute, e(terra) land, e(Au) gold, and e(BTC) reserve — are the accounting lines for that real production.
The model projects compute sold roughly a penny over cost. That makes firmamint the natural destination for idle capacity: either the price of compute falls toward cost, or those holding spare capacity route it through the chain. Either way the value clears on firmamint, and the reserve deepens.

The model projects that this undercuts the market by roughly 15¢ — either the price of compute falls, or those with idle capacity route it to the chain. Offset on-chain through protocol fees, the value flows through firmamint. PROPOSED · working model. Every figure here is a projection until a real deployment validates it.
FIG · the stable currency
[07/09]
Overcollateralized, not fractional, never pegged to the dollar.
FIG is the currency the network stands on. It is overcollateralized, not fractional, and never pegged to the dollar — it stands on a basket of real assets, not on a promise to redeem at someone else's price. The basket deepens every time the network produces something real: a kWh delivered, a TOPS-hour computed, an acre held.

CIK · the real goal is the people
[08/09]
firmamint, compute, Realm, FIG — all of it is the means. The people are the point.
CIK — short for Christ is King — are our hands and feet: the teams who carry the rails into communities. They deploy Haven homes, train local operators, and stay with people long after the trucks leave. Every Realm Node lands somewhere real. Every Haven is a family's own roof. Every kilowatt and every elemint exists for one thing.
To bring people onto the Digital Ark — the closed, fully-integrated sovereign system that carries a community, with nothing left outside it — and build Heaven on Earth — the Nation of Heaven, made real where they live. The infrastructure is how we reach them. The people are why we built it.

Firma Research Institute · the horizon
Firma Research Institute
[09/09]
We build the compute today. The Institute maps where it goes next — and reaches for it.
Firma isn't just a thesis — it's a team actively building toward it. We're assembling the capital, the partnerships, and the manufacturing to put distributed compute in people's hands, and designing new silicon for the chain — so the network runs on machines that belong to the people, not borrowed capacity. The Research Institute is the arm that looks past the horizon — two engines, our investment strategy and the Institute's own research, mapping the next frontiers.

The horizon
Compute and energy capture in orbit — lifting inference and power generation off-planet, then carrying that capacity back down to the chain. The edge has no ceiling.

Quantum computation and quantum energy — the substrate's next order of magnitude, settling work that classical hardware can't reach. The Institute is researching where quantum fits the chain, and how the chain accounts for it.

Floating compute-and-energy platforms on the open sea — what we call Aurica (a name for a coming supercontinent; the word means gold). Sovereign ground raised where there was only water; firmaurica brings power, storage, and compute offshore.

Deep, always-on energy drawn from the earth's own heat — power to run the chain where the grid was never built to reach. The most constant baseload there is, under our feet nearly everywhere.

Health and redemption — the Transfiguration Clinics. Theosis therapy: longevity pursued by restoring the body, not escaping it, and the whole person drawn into union with the Divine — partaking of the divine nature, in communion with the Father. While the world races to become transhuman, we transfigure.

Because getting there is what gives the network speed and distributed, decentralized reach — and puts the power back in the hands of the people it's meant to serve. Research directions · PROPOSED. Where we're pressing in next.
